Volkswagen Group Russia | Living Medal Count Show at Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics
The 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia offered a great chance of customer and media exposure for VOLKSWAGEN Group Russia. Together with Avantgarde / brands&emotions Munich a spectacular multimedia show displayed on a large LED facade as part of the VOLKSWAGEN Group Russia pavilion was developed.
Luxoom supported with digital content and production of real-time graphics for the Living Medal Count Show and Daily Programme.
Develop an eye-catching and impressive show combining typical elements of the Winter Olympics with VOLKSWAGEN Group Russia's four showcased brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial and Skoda, create an easy recognizable design language and integrate live content updates in real-time.
Combine the different brand aspects to one consistent design language and ensure a custom-fit and perfectly timed interaction of digital content and performance. Consolidate the massive amount of live data into the necessary live content updates.
Pre-produced motion design and VENTUZ generated real-time content based on live-data from the Olympic Data Feed (ODF) were neatly integrated to contribute to the dance performance of the Living Medal Count Show and medal highlight animations for the daily programme. The system architecture also integrates live ticker and facebook messages.
